I would have thought that as it is a criminal offence under the Wildlife and Countryside act to cause disturbance or interference at or near a nest of a schedule one species breeding bird, that Glaslyn could now use this incident as a way of getting the nesting platform moved, as before it hasn't really caused a problem.
As more birds successfully breed in the Wales area and further afield and return to breed I can see the problem getting worse.
