no feathers on wings

I was wandering if anyone on here ever had a problem with there suzy losing all feathers on her wings. They are not deformed as with angel wings.
At first I thought they were moulting but that's not the case. Other than no feathers on her wings she acts fine. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated

could you give us some more information if possible?
How old is she? Has she never developed the feathers or developed them and then never mooted them and grown new ones so she only has the shaft of the feather left?
have you had her checked for lice/mites etc?

she is about 1 1/2 yrs old. She has molted and grown new ones that were beautiful. So did the male.. She only has the shaft left of the feather on her wings. Havent had checked for lice we don't have a avian vet within a 100 miles of here. I did notice today when I tried to look its almost like she has dandruff. at the top of her wings where they meet her body she still has down. if it was lice or mites wouldn't it affect the male too

sorry for the late reply, I missed this post.
Lice are little flat grey things a couple of mm long.
I suspect she just hasn't moulted. Some don't and end up looking really tatty.
It's not really a worry unless you get really really cold weather. She may molt next year.
