After years of wanting chickens, my little flock arrived today! We were so pleased and sat watching the 4 of them for hours. They seemed to settle in quite quickly and within 20 mins were eating and dust bathing, which the children found hilarious. Realised the new neighbours were setting up a coop today, can't believe we thought of the same thing at the same time! Nipped round to warn them about the fox though, they never realised one comes a-calling. Our guinea pig is only just re-growing her hair after it fell out when he almost got her last year. She's worn a little coat all winter
