He is. He's lost a bit of weight in the last year. He's 7.5kg. He used to be 8.6kg!

Goodness! Very handsome! Poppy, our little Norfolk Terrier, put on a bit of weight in lockdown last year - got up to 6 kilos - but has now subsided to her target weight of 5.5. So he’s half as heavy again as she is.

He's twice the size and more than twice the weight of my other cat, a small, dainty, one-eyed tortie.

Gosh that is a big cat, he would be great a watching people move into a house.

What a beautiful boy! We lost out big boy last month - he was about that weight. Our other boy is about 5kg, both black and white.

This is my other cat, Toria. She's just cost me a lot in vet's fees, tests, medication and veterinary diet food! She developed very severe cystitis - she was so bad, for so long, that I spoke to the vet about putting her to sleep! But finally, with medication and the new diet, she's back to herself again.

Lady A we had a cat that was subject to cystitis as a result of being run over. Eventually we found that giving her a 50 milligram vitamin c pill everyday meant that she was rarely afflicted. It alters the acidity of the urine which makes it harder for the bacteria to breed, It became her party trick as she was rewarded with three pieces of Go-Cat when she took the pill, no science diets back then. Friends couldn't believe their eyes when she came to me and let me pop the pill down her throat without any fuss.
I've just weighed my eight month old kittens to give them the correct dose of wormer - Ginger weighs 11 lbs, just over 4.9 Kg and is still growing.
