Cheery Pics

BYM: you'll be delighted to know that it's a real Greene King pub in London. It seems that the landlord is something of a fan of Prince Andrew.

O M G, I must try to drive past it on a rail replacement bus at some point. Just hope it doesn't have a low bridge en route.

This is a really cheery story! Also the anecdotes in the comments below the line.

I wouldn't worry Marigold, a scaled down version of that (i.e no children) doesn't work, even when it's what they expect!

I'll have to scan the two "Plans of work " for the housewife (one with live in maid, the other with daily help) in my Good House Keeping Home Encyclopaedia printed in 1952. I think in one of them you, having risen at 6.30 to sort out the boiler, you have half an hour to play with the child - a toddler.

I don't think the box will last much longer; this morning four of them were playing with it. They move so quickly it's difficult to take photographs!

Fantastic, a gift for all the family to enjoy. Great pictures and a lot of enjoyment
