Not a joke pic, but a cheery one just the same. Lovely walk with my mum this morning, listening to birds, watching nesting swans, ducks and a heron and loving the wildflowers.

Do you know, I've worked out distances etc. on our walks in the last week and discovered that this week, I've walked just over 17km - about 10 1/2 miles- pushing mum in the wheelchair! [emoji44][emoji123][emoji123]
