That's GREAT karminski!!! Don't ya just love instant coops? I have a friend that runs the wastewater plant at one of the casinos near me, he has 2- 4'x4'x8' shipping crates made from OBS plywood and one of them has my name on it. Please keep me updated on the progress of your coop. Have fun :-)17

well holes are done for the vents just need to wait for paint to dry then they can be stapled on and then finish the poop hole and then take it all apart and lift it down to the run and re build it , so far it has cost me nothing but might cost me about £6 for 2 latches to keep doors closed i think thats cheap enough .

You never cease to amaze me Karminski. How you build stuff for almost nothing. My latest coop is turning into a bit of a nightmare! I'll post something later, if only as a warning to others. Taken weeks to finalise the design and it's all just one major compromise after another!

mines now painted just got to sort the poop hole door out and find a way of attaching the sliding metal door so it stays in place and tack the mesh to the large vents , dads got a wicked round metal drill thingy that makes wicked vents :D :D then take it all apart  and move it to the run and rebuild it :D will send more pics later oh and the perches but they may have to do with 2'2 for the time being as i cant really afford any round posts had to take another pay cut :( :( so things are on the major cheap for a few months .

am getting there , the 5 vent holes are meshed of now so nothing can get in there am hoping to start building it within the run tomorrow :D
