My two duck wont go on there Pond they normally go on it two or three times aday for a wash and brush-up, i have changed the water a couple of time.

The only thing i can think of is its that time of year and they are more interested in chasing the the chicken around the garden.

is it normal until the hormones settle down!!

Sounds like they are being hormonal... If they had ducks, they'd probably go on with them. Don't let them worry the chicken too much though... or one another as they sometimes do.

still wont go onto the pond, now going into eclipse. if i point the hose at them they run off!!

My girls did that for about 2 months with no explanation whatsoever.
You could try checking fro anything weird that isn't normally there, perhaps a strange coloured bowl or bag or something reflecting on the surface of the pond that wasn't there before?
Sometimes they just do this, and will panic if you push them in. Stupid but normal! They will go back in eventually!
Also if they are molting, they may not go on the pond as their feathers are compromised, it is natural for them at this time to 'lay low'.
Good luck!

Yep, mine did the same for about 2 months!
What breed are they? Did anything change the day they stopped going in?
Pond cleaned out that day? New arrival? Molting? Broody behaviour?
