---No ones been on this bit for weeks so I am trying to start it off again--trouble is now I have nothing to chat about! Ros

Has anyone seen the film Avatar? Saw it last night - amazing film! Nothing wrong with a bit escapism - especially if it has a good ending - very rare with films these days.

Avatar is a brilliant film,I first saw it some years ago.Another film I love is Batteries not Included,I think brilliant.

Aaaawww batteries not included I love that film , haven't seen it for years

Ah,Stepyone,it has been on 2x recently, try ITV 3,I love it.Think I've got it on dvd somewhere.I could post it to you if you'd like to borrow it.

Yes Ros - I want to see Alice in Wonderland - looks scarey from the trailers - but then it always had a scarey element to it didnt it? I am sure Lewis Carol was on magic mushrooms or something  Not seen Batteries included - I don't go very often to the cinema so probably miss some really good films. Lydia - you should try to see Avatar in 3d - the effects are incredible - not surprised it is up for so many awards. Very spiritual film - lots of messages in it.

I never liked Alice in Wonderland,my older sister loved it.I thought it was a load of tosh.....much prefered The Hoobit by J.R.R.Tolkien,loads by Joyce Stranger,The Narnia books when I was a lot younger. My mum bought me Watership Down one xmas,I was 8yrs old,she was really cross 'cos i'd read it before the end of the day.
I also love all the Harry Potter books, although the first one wasn't the best, but good enough to get you to read the second, they then get better and better.Until she kills Dumbledore, and then Hedwig in the last book.
Never forgive her for killing Hedwig.
I'm sure Lewis Carroll was on magic mushrooms or wacky backy, the guy who did the Magic Roundabout was,not just a doped up rabbit in it,a doped up person writing it  .

HEDWIG DIES!!! :o oh no I didn't know shush dont tell me anything else

Oooh, that part is soooooo tense,I wont tell you who stole Noddy's bell :D ,although you've prob read it now ;) .Course you can keep it another week,my son bought me a new Noddy book for mother's day  .
