When will hens stop laying completely???

Do hens ever stop laying completely???and if so..at what age??

It varies, depends on pure breed/hybrid - lots of different things. Hybrids like warrens are bred as egg laying machines so can finish early. Had purebreed Light Sussex stop laying at 2, another Silver Sussex about the same age, yet have others still laying at 4? Mine are purebreed, but know of hybrid still laying eggs couple of times a week at 5.
