Too young and or too underdeveloped for me to tell. I guess if it's late in getting feathers, and I had to make a guess, I would have to say, pullet.

Only god knows chuck. Ther qute big I think for 14 days old. One of them has half black feather on wing.

I think you have already got your informed answer from Chuck, who has a lifetime's experience of hatching chicks, that is, you'll just have to wait and see, it's just too early to tell.
Next time you hatch, you might consider trying a sex-linked or auto-sexing breed , then you will know at hatch what you have got.
