Please could you tell me how to treat this little lady? She is a pekin and has developed wart-type swellings on her eyelids, which also look swollen to me. Not to mention the comb damage and swelling on her head. Has she got an infection or is she being henpecked?

This eye is completely swelled shut this morning. I've had sticky eyes before, but this seems different - it looks as though the swelling has closed it, not gunk.
Should I treat with Tylan? Bathe with salt water?
Should I separate her?
Help.

Hello, yes, i would bathe it in warm water and see how it goes- if it gets any worse i would take her to the vet as she may need antibiotics.
regards, David :)

What's happening to her, David?
Is she being pecked? I haven't seen it. Should I rub some Salvon on her comb? It looks like it's dying - will it be OK?
I've got some Tylan from the last time.
Thanks.

Hello, she could have been pecked- is she low in the pecking order?can you keep her separate for a day or two and see if it improves? Have you used any chemical tratments on or near her- it could be a reaction to something- i would wash her face and leave the wounds open to the air - separate her and see if that makes a difference.
regards, David :)

Thanks, David,
After I washed the eye it was bubbly, so I think it must be like the infection in my Black Rocks in Feb, which looked the same. I've put some Tylan in the water and will separate her later when I have chance to get the 'hospital wing' out of storage. Unfortunately, at the moment I have to work (boo, hiss).

She isn't low in the pecking order, in fact, I would have said that she was the boss, but when I added the new 2 10 days ago, my original 4 started fighting amongst themselves, so that must be what started it.
Thanks, again.
