HI Everyone.

I would like to hatch some more Cream legbars but would like them from a different breed breed line than the ones I have, as I can't use my cockerel with the hens I have hatched this year.

I like in Gloucestershire so would need to be relatively local to me.

Thanks so much,

Greenhen

Hi,
I keep cream legbars- they are a great breed- got some hatching as I type! I'm in Pembrokeshire but am happy to post special delivery- I've been selling some on ebay and they're hatching well despite going through the post so far! I can put some pics up of my spoilt madams in the photo section if you want or just pm me :D

HI pebojuno,

Thank you for your kind offer. I had a look on ebay after I posted this and found a different breeder than I got my eggs from last year (so unrelated) who is about 30 mins drive and near a National trust place so we are going to make a day out of it tomorrow,

if we don't hatch any boys from the eggs from tehm I will get back to you and take you up on your kind offer.

Thanks again,

Greenhen

Hope you have a nice day today - and get the cockerel you want out of your eggs :P

Hi Thanks I've got some lovely eggs and also got 6 burford brown eggs as well. :)

HI pebojuno,

I candles the eggs in my incubator last night and the 8 cream legbar eggs I went and collected in Worcestershire we all unfertilised :( The 7 of mine I put in all from the same hen are all got blood vessels visible and a few I was movement of the chick as well :D so the incubator is working OK.

I can't tell with the 6 burford brown eggs but I am going to re candle them again in a couple of days maybe using a stronger light source. Hopefully they are fertilized other wise it was a expensive day out :)

I was wondering if I could have some off your eggs off you once this batch have hatched.

We were wondering weather to come down to Wales camping and collect some eggs from you.

Talk to you soon,

Greenhen
