The heat is on

Is it still very hot over there? We seem to be rapidly sliding into Autumn! Yesterday morning, it was 9C and this morning 10C! It does warm up a lot during the day, but by evening, I'm reaching for a sweatshirt again. In fact, the weather is just perfect! We've had a good bit of rain too!

It's cooled down a lot in Shropshire Lady A, I had to shut the windows about 9pm last night. Think it went down to about 10 overnight and it's 15.5 outside on the north facing side of the house. No sun yet, overcast high cloud. Friend in Bristol said it's been raining since 8.30 - spoiling the Balloon Festival.

You do have to feel sorry for people who have had events on over the last couple of days and this weekend. Went to the Balloon Festival a good few years ago. Lovely time and some of the balloons are amazing
Hope it improves for the Eastbourne air show next weekend, I have a rare Saturday off
