I'm pleased you liked the article.Hen-Gen said:Yep Shadrach. I would echo what bym said. I found it excellent reading and quite thought provoking.
Also pleased to see your 10yo hen. Some are tenacious about hanging on to life. Others, like a pullet of mine last year, drop off their perches for no accountable reason. First one I’ve ever had do this. Guess it’s part of the genetic lottery.
Being male isn't always what it's cracked up to be.Tweetypie said:Love that photo, Shadrach! I echo what others have said about your article and also add that in the horse world, stallions always get a bad press and that's because they are kept in a stable most of their lives and only let out to do their business! I think I would be aggressive, too!
Fat Birds singing isn't all that to be honest. :lol:rick said:It looks like a retro-arty album cover! Fat bird doing the disinterested diva bit on the recliner (singer), an enigmatic companion gazing away (electric guitar, possibly keyboards) and a swarve guy in a tux in the foreground (bass or maybe drums.)
