sexing turkey chicks

We live in Crete and just bought 4 turkey poults. They are the white ones. How can we tell what sex they are?

The stags will grow bigger than the hens- they will also have more "face furniture" and will start to "gobble" - the sound they make!

when will these signs become apparent i.e. at what age - they are only 6 weeks old now? Same question for the geese/ganders. We still don't know what sex they are. How old are they when fully grown and sexually mature? Ours are about 11 weeks old now and huge already. It is very hard to see any difference in their size especially as they are very active. Also, if we do have females at what age do they lay eggs, that is turkeys and geese? i keep looking on web sites and they never say the same thing. Will it make a difference as we live in a warm climate or not? :?
