I have three Indian Runner ducklings which I hatched under a broody hen. They are now just six weeks old and I'm dying to know whether they are male or female. One I think is definitely female as her voice has broken into a deep throaty sound. The other two are still making baby noises. Do you think this means that they are male as they are not quacking yet?

What kind of noise do they make if you pick them up and take them out of sight of their flock?

you tube shows you how to sex day olds but its ment to be harder when older till the quack and curly tail. my female started quacking just befor the tail curl so id keep an eye on the tails

Apart from the one duckling that makes a deep throaty noise, the other two still make the high-pitched peeping baby noise still....

You will know for sure soon.. ;) A quack is a girl...a whispery hissy sound a boy, if they are still making "peeping" sounds give them a few more days! :D
