Hi there
We have 3 Indan runners, two drakes and a duck, aquired last summer. All winter they have have happily trotted into their house(on the bank) at dusk, but recently have been hanging around on the pond. Last night they were right over the far side and we could not get them to move. Eventually some wild ducks appeared, there was a ruckus and ours landed by the house and thankfully we were able to get them in. However...what will happen tonight? Obviously they are safe on the water, but they seem to be nesting in the undergrowth and I fear a scene of carnage if we leave them out all night....any ideas?

All i can say is feed them late at night treats like sweetcorn, mine love it, to get them to you and try getta routine, mine see me coming and just go in now and i just shut the door! Sorry I couldnt be a further help!

Thanks! We have started feeding them before it gets very dark. Sweetcorn is a good idea!
