hi all,
this may be a daft question to a lot of you,but I am new to poultry and have 4 hens in the back garden,
my light Sussex has been the first to lay,and has laid the last three mornings, and I have had a fried egg sandwich the last three mornings,
now then, are eggs at their best straight from the nestbox,or best kept a few days.
how do you keep them, room temp or refidgerated, how long can I keep them.
when all four start laying I might have problems, any suggestions ?
