eek! sorry if i'm posting heaps and getting too involved with stuff this week! I'm going a little stir crazy at home with a sprained ankle! i drive all over the community usually for a living and atm i can't do this or do any work with a sprained right ankle so i'm stuck at home and slowly losing the plot!! 07 07 07 :lol: :mrgreen:

This is do funny...forgive me, but this happened to me 4 years ago! Ran down the stairs wearing silk socks ( fancy!) And I.slipped on the last step...crunch and snap...nasty. you have my sympathy! I watched every dvd that I.could...joined a couple of forums and spent some hours answeri.g stupid questions posted by stupid people on that yahoo questions site. What larks!

Hope you mend soon....and do the exercises when you get them, it really makes a difference
