Unsalted of course! The only thing that worries me is that its filling and probably not a balanced diet if the pellets go uneaten. But the they will eat a fresh raw half cob in 15 mins that would pop to a bucket full!
I think they would be beside themselves with popcorn!
Any thoughts?

I can imagine impacted crops all over the place Rick. You need to imagine it dry and sitting in the crop -can't see it moving through very well and going off. No sugar on it either because sugar promotes bad bacteria in the gut I read last week. People do feed a bit as a treat I have read on other forums, but I still question the wisdom of it.

It being very dry was a worry. 'Melts' back down in size when in water but uses a lot of water to do it. Tried a very small hand full this morning and needless to say they love it (home popped and plain). Interestingly they don't seem to try to swallow whole pieces but peck it into crumbs first. An occasional treat I think. Thanks Chris.
