OMG just look at those babies! Absolutely adorable... mummy and daddy are pretty fantastic looking too. I know nothing about poots but I may go off and have a nosey now.
Aileen---they are lovely little birds,so tame and placid. Find some to go and look at and play with .The chicks are so funny with the feathery feet . Warning--dont go and see them unless you take a box and some money! I hatched these chicks for someone----I don't know if I will be able to let her take them! Ros

What kind of birds are these? Poots? I have never heard of them...they are so precious! Would love to have a pair...I live in Georgia, I wonder if anyone around here breeds them...

They are booted bantams aka sabelpoots, They are absolutely gorgeous little birds, so friendly!!They come in Lemon Millefleur, porcelain, gold Millefleur, Silver millefleur & there are also black, blue, lavender, white & cuckoo - though the self coloured ones can be a bit on the large side, have probably missed out a colour or 2.
Dorinda has lots of these & knows a lot more about them. Her birds are stunning!

They don't seem to be . Hatched parents last year OK ,These chick seem ok.Took ages to get fertile eggs but I only put4 in incub ator and they all hatched.They are tiny at first though! Rosfoxy said:They are just tooo cute!
