Orpington Pullet Lots Of Problems

I am quite worried about my ten-month old buff Orpington pullet. A couple of days ago she got foamy eyes, and recently she has had severe diarrohea and in one of her droppings we found a huge fat pink worm-like thing. It looked like a long piece of pink wide tape all rolled up. Was it a worm? And could the arrival of our new pullet two weeks ago have caused her upset even though she is three times the new one's size?
Please help

P.S: Her laying has also decreased, and her occasional egg is extremely pale, has rough parts and are long and thin.
