What do people do about the water that they dont drink as it socks the floor

I have some good little drinking troughs that worked really well for me. If you can get up to Worcestershire WR6 5AG tel 01885 482848 you can have a look at how they worked. I had them in all the individual pens, and they were great. Clean fresh water for them all the time, and no work..... great.

Obviously they are all for sale .... all the chooks have gone, and my property should go on the internet tomorrow.

There are also various feeders and ancillary chickeny "stuff"

Could you post pics? Could be intrested if you were happy to post? Thank you.

I will try and get some piccies tomorrow. They run on low pressure 10mm pipe so you can just fill a dustbin or something similar with water and put it about 1m above the outlets. How many might you need? I can post at cost.

4-5 i would think just carnt get my head round the trough. If it easier send the mms

Ok - got some piccies, though they look a bit grubby as I was powerwashing the floor before getting distracted so they got well and truly splashed. When I get a chance I will wash them and photograph again but its pretty hectic here at present getting everything ready to sell the property

The drinkers are fed by 10 mm pipe and you can run it from the mains via a small tank with ball cock or just a bin filled with water. It needs about 1m head of water and then the trough drops when filled which closes the valve at the back. You can adjust the trough to fill to half full or completely full. I always ran mine at half full and it worked well. Clean fresh water all the time and no work. They did freeze in the worst of the weather, but not for all that long and nothing was damaged when the thaw came. Really good little drinkers :-)17

£3 each and I can post out at cost. :-)17
