Nope nothing as yet! Although the time is up tomorrow for them to submit their complaint! We now have an Aylesbury chick, so no doubt they will complain about that chirping too!!!!

Make your own recordings and keep a diary over a couple of weeks, or a month if you can stand it, before calling the police; that way you have evidence to support your allegation from the outset, which the police will take seriously. As for him deliberately banging against a disabled child's bedroom wall and causing distress and fear to such a vulnerable child - the D.D.A. may well be brought to bear upon him, and again this should be of interest to the police. Dullard bullying thugs such as your disgusting neighbour should be brought to account, and the full weight of reason be brought to bear upon them... I hope you can soon get some peace from the fool!

Hi. Sounds like your neighbours need a little visit fom the police, as they are the ones exhibiting the antisocial behaviour, and if your boy is special needs, you need to contact social too, as they could be moved on( and find out if they are renting or on housing, as if enough neighbours complain about their behaviour towards you, they will be turfed out) or cautioned for intimidating a minor...it's worth calling the police to find out what your rights are. Please also call your council about this matter, and keep calling every time he does this, as it IS harassment, coupled with verbal abuse, he'll soon back down when he realises he will end up with a criminal record. Good luck to you all....and p.s...halloween is getting closer...maybe you should save up a load of eggs to go off, and give them to the neighbourhood teenagers...admit it, that would be funny!!!
