Here's a few photos of my chickens that I took this morning in beween rain showers- They're an odd bunch but I like them! The one with the chicks is the eldest, and the next eldest started laying a few weeks ago so they're all babies really!

i love bobbles headgear too
we have 1 black araucana cockrel and he has huge beard and whiskers and we love him so much we are keeping him even tho he came at 2 days as a supposedly black jersey giant

Thanks for the lovely comments. Bobble was a bit of a surprise really- we bought 6 poland eggs just to fill up the incubator, 1 hatched! I wasn't all that keen on the look of the adult birds but she was so full of character even as a chick that she's definitely with us for keeps I really love the araucanas - maybe in spring I'll treat myself to a few of those!

Your chickens are all beautiful, but I especially adore Bobble! Polish is one of the breeds I hope to get soon.
