my ducklings are kept inside at the mo until they are ready for outside. They are cleaned out daily and are generally very clean. But just over the past day or two, they have little blocked noses with boogers and a couple have been mouth breathing? Is it a cold? Are they ill? What do i do?

They are kept warm and dry and i try and clear their noses. They are acting normal and eating drinking normal and they do not do mouth breath alot or xontinuously, just moments.during the day.

Just reading stuff, should i be bathing them as the water helps clear their noses or something. Always supervised and not very deep just easy to get in abd out and then keep them warm afterwards yes?

They have an instinct to clear there noses Into water ;) . As for the breathing through there mouth this is normal behaviour if they are too hot, they pant through mouth similar to dog. it's there way of getting heat to escape, feel there beak when they are doing it and I bet you find it's unusually warm. Make sure they have water to drink. It's funny cuz we sit in living room with our babies an to us it just feels cool Ish in room but the ducks don't think so lol all them feathers keep them really warm so there a little hot when were normal, hope that helps
