The problem with large coops + attached runs is that they inevitably can't offer enough run space for the number of birds in the coop, bearing in mind that they need a minimum of 2 square metres of run space per bird, especially since I expect you are looking at 6-8+ birds when you say 'large coop'? A better bet would be to make a fixed run to the size they need, and instal a freestanding coop - probably cheaper in the long run and would help prevent stress-realted problems such as feather pecking which are common in small attached runs.
If you do start browsing sites for runs+coops, bear in mind that if they say 'room for 6 hens' the coop will probably be OK for 3-4, and you can work out the run area with that in mind.
