Introducing more ducks.

Finally I have taken the step to keeping ducks! I have been offered a duck and drake that are around 3 years old.
I won't be hasty to add more ducks till I am confident I am doing my best for these two.
If I come to the decision of keeping more, then is it easy to introduce other ducks and what sexes do I go for having this pair to start with?

Ooo congrats on your first ducks!!!
As for adding more, it can be easy and it can be a nightmare!
You would need to add at least 2 more females, never add just one as she will be bullied out by the other two.
The duck and the drake sound perfect to start with

Also Zo, the easiest time to add ducks (whatever the breed or sex) is outside the breeding season.
