Your vet should also be able to run a simple blood test to determine what this is. Mycoplasma Gallisepticum is just one of a number of common problems.
You can buy Tylan soluble online but you will need a prescription from your vet. It is far cheaper too.
On the main site, there is a section for medication - the Tylan page has an advert for Medicanimal - if you click that it should take you straight to the Tylan Soluble page.
The Poultry Vets List on the site is updated regularly too - This is put together mainly by recommendation from others and direct contact from other vets who ask to be listed as vets that can treat poultry. Chickenvet also send their updated list from time to time for me to add their associated practices - I have the latest list to add shortly (on the jobs list  ).
I have just received Richard Jackson's (Chickenvet) latest article and it's on.... yep Respiritory problems. It is very good and certainly clears up my understanding and mis-understandings!
I have uploaded it to the frontpage this morning - I have also asked whether we could use the main points to make an FAQ in the Chickens Health section of the forum. I hope this will help us out during these sort of times....
Good luck!
