My husband and I aquired these chickens and have never seen these kind before. We were told all but two were hens but know there is two roosters for sure .
Hate to say this but they all look like cockerels to me. I would guess that the white ones are a light sussex crossed with something carrying the barring gene as they look to have barred tails. I have no idea what the darker coloured one is though.

first photo one hen and two cockerels, can't see the one that only has a tail in view. second photo, cockerel(dark) possibly a hen but can't see the legs length and skirt well. third photo, looks like a cockerel judging by leg length. other photos bit hard to tell.

There is a breed called the Delaware (I think) which is columbian with barring, same as the colour in the pic, its is (again i think) an American breed, am I right in thinking you are in the states?

yes my husband and I are in the states . and thank you all for all the imput put into this . It had us really puzzled

Wyandottes have 'cradle rose' combs in that they resemble an upturned cradle, the curve following the shape of the head. You do get the occasional 'throwback' upright comb coming from the original strains used to create the Wyandotte breed; about 5% in our experience. I would say possibly one hen and most probably three cockerels.
