I'm picking up our first ducks in a few weeks time - two 6 week old Welsh Harlequins. I've just realised I have absolutely no idea how big they will be at 6 weeks! (Never kept ducks before). Are they going to be ok going in the pet carrier together that we usually use for the cat, or will I need to buy a bigger box for the journey home?

It depends on how big your cat carrier is an how long the journey is really. If it's just a short journey you should be fine, they are not huge at 6 weeks, but would need a large cat carrier rather than a smaller one. For long journeys (more than 1-2 hours) I would get a very large box that they can have water in and be able to stand up in
