I need some urgent advice.
My mallard call duck hatched 3 ducklings yesterday but when I went out this morning to check them the ducklings were wandering about the breeding pen and their mother was still sitting tight on the nest with nothing under her! She's not being aggressive she's just ignoring them like she doesn't realise they're hers.
What should I do? What if she just continues to sit? I'm really worried the ducklings will get cold and start to suffer.
Please help.
