Help with breeding! DONT want to make mistakes!

Hi, I live in a home with a lot of land and a few animals. I have ducks already but want to start breeding them and was wondering if anyone could give a bit of help in Incubating, brooding and keeping them? I've done a lot of research but I just want to make sure everything I've found is correct so that I don't mess up the process. Any help would be great, thanks
