Ok we have been given this bird and been told its a he LAVENDER ARAUCANA COCKEREL.

Hi Nugget and welcome,
I'm not an expert, but I would agree that the bird is a lavender Araucana, nice are'nt they?
He is a handsome boy, I'll bet he does some belting cock-a-doodles!

We have yet to hear him sound one single "cock-a-doodle" !!!
Hes a pretty boy, no doubt a bout it, but he's hen pecked, and showing no signs of toughening up as yet!
