Help!!! Crop full of food!

Hi guys need some advise, one of my pekin bantams has a ball of food stuck in her crop between a golf ball and tennis ball size. Her comb is loosing its red colour, and she has lost weight, she does have mixed grit available.
I've managed to massage it and get some olive oil into her and it has got half the size and its maluble (it was rock hard to being with)
Is this sour crop? Do i need to empty the crop? If so how!?

If her crop has become soft and much smaller you have probably got it on the move again with the oil and massage----hopefully the rest of contents will have emptied by the morning.Ros

Check her this mornin and at lunch its still just less than a golf ball. Shall i put her on mash?

I'd try a drop more olive oil and massage again.If that doesn't work,either get help from another experienced poultry keeper or take her to a vet.
