Hello everyone!
have been lurking for a while and thought it time I said hello properly
My poultry keeping started with an ebay turkey egg who was supposed to be for xmas dinner, needless to say several years later he is a happy healthy 30+ pounder who has successfully fathered several offspring!
Also keep various colours of pekin,orpingtons large and small,crollwitzer turkeys,japanese and chinese quail.
Really enjoying the forum,everyone seems very friendly and helpful

Interesting quote, I like the Native American saying 'It is a good day to die' but much prefer the Klingon proverb 'It is a good day for someone else to die' Don't know what is in latin though

Oh dear Tim,Klingons are a different species,they are big,with ugly faces and very violent.Kill anything and everything,often have scraps with Star Trek Voyager.

They look like a cross between John Prescott and Gordon Brown,wear leather and Gary Glitter style boots.
