Hi, I'm very new to poultry keeping, so new in fact, that I don't currently own, nor have ever owned chickens or ducks. I have been researching into getting my own ducks for our spacious back garden, and thought this would be a good place to pick up helpful tips and advice, as well as look for those special hatching eggs when I have got all my equipment ready for them. I am very much looking forward to it, as are the rest of the family! All advice, help, and pointing in the right directions is always welcomed, especially from anyone around/near Salisbury that likes to talk ducks!

Hi flic, and welcome to the Forum. I was born and grew up in Salisbury and now we live quite near to there, only over the border into Hampshire. I'm sure you will have a wonderful time planning for your new ducks, and there will be people on here who know all about keeping them.
