Goose with grass ball

One of my geese has a grass ball under its lower jaw/beak its been like this for 18 months, it hasnt lost condition and doesnt seem to be bothering it, but does it need seeing to, catching it is not going to be easy.

I had a goose with this and she had it for a few years before it got infected - I used to catch her every 2 weeks and empty it to stop the gunk rotting - just squidge under the ball and it will pop out through her beak. I eventually lost her though as it did get infected and speard to the jaw bone and she started to loose condition so I had to call it a day.
