All girls intact overnight - 3 eggs laid ( one hen in process of laying as i write) 
08 , 4 hens have made there way out of the coop into the run ( one is particularly brave) of the 2 remaining - one is on the nest and the other i can see has a pink bulge protruding from her vent 
I have rung up the British Hen welfare trust who advises me to take her out, wash the vent in salt water ( maybe some annusol?) and gently place the prolapse back inside and hold for 10 mins...she then said i need to keep her somewhere safe and quiet 19 feeling mighty anxious about doing this on her first day :?
