Giff Gaff

Hello,

I've been a giffgaff member for a few months now and regularly look out for others on forums asking about them - I can tell you myself that they are great. If you have any problems at all then all you have to do is post a question on the community and you will have multiple replies advising on what to within 5 minutes.

No, Dan never heard of it til you just mentioned it. But my partner works for BestBuy/Carphone Warehouse as a Geek Squad. I could get him to ask about it if that helps at all?

p.s. what's with the random new member sign up to answer your question?? is that spam? :confused:

You could see it as spam - depends how you look at up. I've signed up to let the user know about the £5 deal, I get benefit from it but so does the end user.

curious, since you don't have any support shops and all customer service is via phone, are there hidden charges for customer support or tech support. what sort of fees do you have for travel/roaming? or answerphone?

Hi,

Customer service isn't done via th phone either, it's actually done via a web desk on the net. The support is pretty good too and everything is handled via the internet. If you lose your phone, you can bar it and order a replacement SIM card at the same time, if you lock your device you can get a PUK code online too. There is also a mobile version of the website for managing things via your phone - all parts of the giffgaff website is free rated on your mobile so you wont be charged for it.

Answer phone is 8p per call - of if you have a goodybag (a package of minutes and texts which can be purchased with your credit) then you'll be charged 1 minute per call.
