Foxes about

A friend told me this morning that they were woken at 5.30 am this morning by a very loud & terrible noise. They couldn't make out what it was but it was so loud & sounded so bad that they got up to see what on earth it could be.

Over the road on the opposite neighbours lawn they saw something, couldn't make out exactly what, with movement in other places. Gradually these dark shapes gathered together on the lawn - a total of 7 foxes
Mostly cubs playing. 7 foxes!! OMG. She lives in the town, in a built up area, but probably as a fox runs no more than half a mile from me.

These foxes will have to find food from somewhere so I hope they stay where they are :x Its that time of year folks, beware.

that seems to the trouble every where the number of foxes that are around where i live you can see them in broad day light i have lost many birds when they free ranged, foxes no longer seem to have fear of man i hope i don't offend people but at least with fox hunting it did disperse them as many of you will know nothing is more upsetting than finding the result of a fox attack as i say i don't wish to offend people. have spent money on new fence with electric wire along the top but still get them walking outside of fence but at moment no problems with fox kills
