Egg Bound Maybe??

Hi all Venessa 1 of my light sussex is acting very strange. She has been in the nestboxes for 2 days!! looks like she is trying to lay but nothing has happened. I have put vasaline round vent and bathed her vent in warm water, she is still doing the same :? does any body else not what this could be? or any more advise .... Thanks :roll:

Sounds as though she could be broody. Does she get aggressive when you lift her off the nest?

Hi there bantiekeeper.
she is defo not broody as she spend time in nest standing up and not sitting, its like she is trying to lay. had a soft shell today so think it may of been her.
