My daughter lives opposite a green area in their housing estate. It's a "young" estate, and that green area is always chock full of kids out playing. There's a 20kph speed limit in housing estates here, because of children. Thankfully, dau's estate seems pretty safe, judging by the amount of toys, bikes, scooters etc. left lying around when the kids go off to play something else!
