Duckling hatched with pink lump?

My duckling has hatched with a pink lump with veins on its rear end, It is one of four hatched eggs and was the last one to hatch, we did assist as it was clearly struggling and we can now see why, is there anything we can do to help this duckling?

Not sure if its a growth or perhaps its bowel has grown on the outside?

Hello, if it hatched with some of the yolk sac not absorbed you helped it out too early- it may well be ok the lump should go down as the body absorbs the fluid- just keep an eye on it and make sure the others aren't pecking at it- good luck and next time you need to leave them a bit longer before helping them out
