Dirty bottom!!

One of my hens has runny droppings on her soft feathering. My question is, should I wash it off, or will it dry and fall off. It's a bit worse today than it was yesterday.

Hi, catch her up and check for lice/mites-especially northern fowl mite- tiny black/grey dots all over the feathers around the vent-if none, then wash her bottom and see if it continues over the next few days.
