Croad chicks - 9!

Despite everything being a little bit traumatic lately, a happening that made me a little bit joyous yesterday. The longed for Croad babies appeared, looking and acting like a little flock of highly animated penguins. Absoloutely gorgeous, bright and healthy. I do have a feeling however, and really unable to tell perhaps for months with them, I think the majority are boys................!! Only time will tell.

I so wish I could post photos on this forum, try as I might, I cannot.

I could email photos to someone who may possibly volunteer to post them for me. That would be lovely.
 
How lovely! How many did you get? Well done, you made the right decision, to hatch rather than buy older birds from afar.
Like you, I've found it difficult to post pics in here, impossible since I went over to an iPad when my Windows laptop died. Until I recently downloaded a a resizing app called iResize, which does it for you in a form which this forum will accept, if your device works on iPad software. If you use Windows I expect there are other apps which do the resizing for you.
I hope you can have a go!
 
Great news Val!, you did say you thought these would turn out better. Have a go at what Marigold suggests and see if you can get it to work, if it doesn't then send them over to me and I'll put them up for you.

I may take you up on your very kind offer to post some pics for me.
Is it OK if I email them to you on a PM? I shall probably take some pics tomorrow if I can set up the little portable wire run in the garden. VERY bad back at the moment, so not moving well at all!
 
Congratulations on your big brood Valerie! I couldn't get i-resize to work but tried picresize - but still haven't got the pictures small enough to post.
 
So sorry about bumping, I have no idea what it means, and had no idea what I did.
Have taken some lovely pics of my big Croads, and have been trying for about an hour to re-size and post them. Just simply CANNOT do it. Have tried every way to do it but cannot, seem to be able to get everything but how to resize a picture, I really do give up.

Don't know how but I didn't see your post from two weeks ago. Email them to me on a PM. You need to get yourself a Mac, really easy on them.
 
Dino, have just tried, at at 7.26p.m. It will not allow me to even private message you with pictures. many thanks. Wish I could afford a Mac!!
