My little Serama chicks are a week old tomorrow, today, when I took them out of their brooder so I could clean it,5 of them had what looked like normal droppings stuck hard to their little bottoms.Looked like it could possibly block their vents.
I removed it,with a quick tug,(it made the chicks cry though
)and I hated hurting them.Should I remove dried pooh from them or just leave it?
There are loads of droppings in the brooder, tons of the stuff for such little chicks,so my common sense says it can't be causing a problem, and I'm being paranoid.
