This is what I have to endure on a daily basis my ickle 2 year old thinksits da bomb!

Love it Aileen though too much of it could drive me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did you get your new girls by the way?

No! And my WANTED post is achieving lots of nothing as well... I am just going to seek alternative routes rather than here, I just thought that the people that come onto this forum are great, really know their stuff and most seem to breed, but maybe I am just asking for the wrong type at the wrong time? Very very frustrating!!

I see you have had loads of replies to your wanted add now but just loads of advice. Maybe its just the case that most breeders are just beginning to raise their first batch of chicks now. I think you could also get in touch with breeders via the shows. Its hard to have patience when you've set your mind on it and 7 year olds probably don't want to wait either!

Aileen,

Its taken us lots of locating, patience and negotiation to acquire our new girls! However, I believe you are not too far from Dorinda?? I am sure she would have something suitable. Maybe you could look into sablepoots, of which Dorinda has many. They are lovely birds, very inquisitive, easy to handle, and add a "Je ne sais quo" to the garden with their very attractive colouring and markings.

They do have feathered feet though! Maybe worth a PM to Dorinda. :-)17
