That's exactly why I moved to the country, to be away from animal noise! 07. They aren't going to have made living there any easier for themselves with that little stunt.

They’re all quite skinny, aren’t they? Maybe the hats are to keep their heads warm in the water?
Obviously keen to signal that they’re a gentlemen’s’ club. Working class swimmers would have worn cloth caps.
I think design and materials of swimming trunks have come on a bit since then.

It's actually quite strange because in the 1920s and 30s mens swimming costumes were often two piece, looking like a vest and a pair of shorts I think that look would have looked better dressed like that!
